Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Real 90 (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Real 90 app and related sites (the “Service”).

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Account. Email address; Sign in with Apple identifiers; display name if you provide one.

Profile and training. Position, level, goals, schedule, equipment, space, session logs, drill completions, streaks, XP, match notes, nutrition logs, and similar inputs you enter.

Media you upload. Film clips, photos (for example meals), and related metadata you choose to submit.

Purchases. Subscription status and product identifiers via Apple and our payments partner (RevenueCat). We do not receive your full payment card number.

Device and usage. Device type, OS version, app version, approximate diagnostics, crash data, and product analytics events (screens, feature use, funnel steps).

Support. Messages you send us and related contact details.

3. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable)

We process data where needed to perform our contract with you, where we have legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention) that are not overridden by your rights, where required by law, or with consent when consent is required (for example certain device permissions).

5. Sharing

We share information with processors who help run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of data:

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer (with notice where required).

6. Data retention

We keep account and training data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal requirements. You may request deletion (see Rights). Some records may remain in secure backups for a limited time before full purge.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege keys). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our processors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain processing, and to object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email hello@updates.real90.app. You may also adjust device permissions (camera, photos) in system settings. You can disable analytics in OS-level settings where available; some product analytics may still be needed for core security and operation.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are commonly defined for cross-context behavioral advertising in our current product configuration. You may still request know/delete/correct as applicable.

11. Push, email, and communications

We send transactional messages required for the Service. Marketing messages, if any, will follow applicable consent rules and include an unsubscribe option.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will post the new version with an updated date. Material changes may be highlighted in the app or by email when appropriate.
